This Quiz is organized by NES Gangamai College of Pharmacy Nagaon Dist. Dhule

*Rules and Regulations of the Quiz:*

1.  The quiz is available from 15th June 2020 and ends by 22th July2020. The quiz is

restricted to Health professionals only.

2.  Fill all the required fields of the registration form such as name required in certificate,

organization/ school/ college name, contact no. and email id where the certificate has to be sent.

3.  Quiz consists of multiple choice questions. You have to choose the best option.

4.  After answering all the questions, make sure  click the "SUBMIT" button.

5.  Each participant will get an e-certificate from the organizers and will be sent to the email id

mentioned in the form.

6. No registration fees and please note: This Quiz is not an competition. The motive of this quiz is to

provide knowledge to the people and to check awareness of the people about COVID-19.
